Etymology
Perhaps NEPHI with affixed theophoric יהה YHH (= YAHU) in Elephantine Documents 1:2, and 13:14.[1] The earliest variant, NEPHIAH, would indeed strongly suggest the affixing of theophoric יה YAH.
