Discussion: For the first three occurrences (where it refers to the KJV Jordan), Jordan is misspelled. In Mormon 5:3, Scribe 2 wrote Jordan, then Scribe 1 corrected to Jordon in P. Although this could be a legitimate change for the city, because of Cowdery's other errors in spelling Jordan, it is likely that his correction is wrong here.

Summary: Maintain Jordan for all KJV instances and for the city, since it is most likely.
