John Gee is the William (Bill) Gay Research Professor of Egyptology and Senior Research Fellow at the Neal A. Maxwell Institute for Religious Scholarship at Brigham Young University. He is the former editor of The Journal of the Society for the Study of Egyptian Antiquities.
