Etymology
MOSES is the name of an ancient ISRAELITE leader and lawgiver who led the ISRAELITES out of bondage in EGYPT (cf. Exodus 3:10). His name is mentioned sixty-three times in the Book of Mormon but is not mentioned as a separate PN or GN in the Book of Mormon.
