AHAZ is given in the Isaiah section of the Book of Mormon as the name of an Israelite king bit not as a PN in the Book of Mormon. (Footnote 1)

Footnote 1: AHAZ may be a hypocoristic form of Ahazyahu, "the Lord grasped, laid hold of," itself of another Israelite king.
