Etymology
AIATH is cited in the Book of Mormon as an ancient Near Eastern place name but is not given in the Book of Mormon as a geographical name in its own right.[1]

- β Reynolds, DBM, 13, speculates that this is another name for the biblical city Ai. KΓΆhler-Baumgartner's Lexicon gives the meaning of 'Ai as "heap of stones."
