Discussion: Reportedly not capitalized in the Book of Mormon Manuscripts; changed by John Gilbert as a convention from the KJV. The other instance of Jehovah in the Book of Mormon was not capitalized, but this is probably because it is not a biblical quote.
Summary: Remove the "all capitals" from Jehovah, since this is just a KJV convention and not from manuscripts
