KJV Nod = Hebrew נוד nôd “Wandering, Wandering-exile”[1] (Genesis 4:16; Greek Naid), but is taken from part of the hendiadys in Genesis 4:12, נע ונד nˁā wānād “totterer-and-wanderer, restless wanderer.”[2]
